Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition – unused, unsharpened, and in the original packaging
  • You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Important Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, custom-sharpened blades and used cutting tools cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes all band saw blades, circular power saw blades, jig saw blades, planer blades, and reciprocating saw blades that show signs of wear or have been modified from their original condition.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with the original packaging and include:

  • RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package

Ship to the provided address using a trackable method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
